I love everything about this car, other than maybe it's $375,000 USD pricetag ;)

I love everything about this album. This has to be the most detailed set of pics on this car available online. Love all the close up detail shots. Next best thing to seeing this car in person. I really look forward to seeing one on the streets. What are some of the specifics that you like especially about this car, WD?

Yah the pricing is certainly off. It should be priced less than, or at most the same as a 458 Italia. On the other hand, even at $375K each, Lexus is certainly losing money on each one they sell. 500 Units @ ~375K is only $190 million bucks. This car has been in the making for 6 years and would have cost significantly much more than 200 million bucks to develop. Well into the billions, I would think. I wonder if they are going to be able to sell all 500 too. Probably I suppose.

Love the pictures whipdaddy. The only way lexus could have pulled off this price tag is by producing 500 only, therefore people will buy it because of its rarity. No way would I spend $375k on a lexus, let alone $250k where I can get the 458 italia. Ridiculous price but none the less, looks aggressive and i'm pretty sure it'll be fun on the track.

Looks great!!!! Bet it will be fighting with te european sportscars very close, but the hypercar pricing is a bit off. I guess it will be a hard sale, even for crazy japanese people that spend fortunes for MINES or AMUSE GTRs . But anywhere else at that price, it will be fighting with ferraris, lamborghinis and even the new McLaren MP4-12C coming up soon. But it is cool to see japanese makers having a go at hypercars.

That's ludicrous! I wonder if I will see one at the 2010 Tokyo Auto Salon in a couple weeks?
